Our printing department is capable of printing any design from a simple 1 color print to a highly detailed full color image & everything between including 4 color process printing and simulated process printing. We can print your design in up to 12 colors on both light and dark colored garments. Our low minimums mean that you can decorate your garments in quantities anywhere from 50 to thousands per design.

Artwork we accept:

Artwork can be created in our art department or supplied to us by the customer. We accept anything from an idea or rough sketch, to finished print-ready art.

We can accept the following file formats, .ai, .psd, .eps, .cdr, .tif, .pdf, .gif or .jpg ( although not recommended ). Artwork should be submitted to us at (200-300) dpi & at final print size (up to 13″ x 14″).

For Vector based artwork AI (Adobe Illustrator) EPS, PDF or CDR (Corel Draw) convert all text to curves or include font files with artwork.

Bitmap graphics are perfect for photos and collages (typically made in Photoshop). Submit the artwork in the same size as to be printed. Save it in 300 DPI, if it`s colored artwork keep it in RGB, and if it’s black / white then leave in grayscale. Bitmap file formats is: jpeg/jpg, gif, tiff/tif, psd, png, bmp, pict.

Printing test:

SFINS INTERNATIONAL runs washing & scratch tests for every printing run coming out of our machines. The partial printed fabrics will not go to the next stage, sewing plant, until we get the satisfactory washing test results.

In the long production runs, samples are taken 3 times a day from each machine output randomly, the samples get tested on higher temperatures and longer washing periods than we guarantee. The dryer settings, ink types, curing periods, flash curing and all the variables are recorded for future use and for any diagnostics on errors. The products leaving our printing division only if they have passed the washing & scratching tests and visual quality of printing result.
